We strive to keep our refunds and returns fair for our clients, but also fair for us. We respectfully ask our clients to remember that this is a bespoke buying experience and this extends to the shipping process as well.

Refunds and returns are accepted within 24 hours of order receival. Any request for refund/return will require the client to follow our return process. Tampering of the item in question waives any refund or return. JS Watches LLC holds the right to request detailed photos of the item in question and holds the right to reject any refunds or returns under reasonable suspicion of tampering of packaging, the items within the packaging, etc. Orders that have been unopened upon receival will be accepted once the return process has been completed.
